Cantler

A quick ~3-4 hour demo in class. The exercise was to make a creature that doesn't exist while leaning towards mixing some already existing creature features. This demo model was to show possible ways of mixing features and making them look like it could work. Aside from anatomy, students must also make parts believable by creating smooth transition between features and parts of different creatures.

Cantler ver2 - creature concept revisited and improved. Deviated a bit from initial concept art.

Added more heft for stability and overall proportion. Toned down harsh muscle detail by layering fat and skin on top.
